Refund policy

In general, returns on personalised items and clearance items will not be processed.

Refund requests will only be processed if received within 14 days of delivery, if there are obvious manufacturing defects. Original packaging should be undamaged and re-usable.

Refund requests should be sent to kylixarts@gmail.com, along with your order number and item details, and also reason for the refund.

If a refund request is approved, you will receive shipping details for the refundable items.
